SATURDAY VISITORS
We finally got to meet Kodiak, Ashley and Ross' new dog. He is a puppy but big. Very well behaved. Ashley and Ross came in shortly after noon with specialty pizzas and Vanessa came in from Lubbock a few minutes later to enjoy the pizza. Lou isn't a pizza fan so I had made her a grilled pimento cheese sandwich at her request and she ate all of 1/4. As she says she isn't hungry at lunch.
She started the day with two accidents but isn't constipated. She was up twice at 6 went back to bed but didn't sleep and up at 7. She dressed this morning because she knew we were having company.
Ross helped me fill the deer feeders and they had to get back to FW for a friend's birthday party and left at 3. Kathy and Val had taken care of our great-grandsons during the funeral of Mandi's grandfather and didn't get away from Devine until after noon. They got here at 5:15. So Lou had the girls to talk to.
I have set all the clocks up and tomorrow will get to see the new stained glass windows in our church. The church was completed in June but the windows were installed this week on the South side, the side that looked out on the town. It will make a huge difference in the worship atmosphere of the church.
I will post them to the CPFUMC blog.
